Welcome to SIGNAL&SCENE (“SIGNAL&SCENE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, online store, account features, product listings, checkout, delivery services, reviews, content uploads, and any related services provided through www.signalscene.net.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, submitting a review, uploading content, or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Refunds and Return Policy, Privacy Policy, Anti-Bribery Policy / Anti-Corruption Policy, and any other policies published on our website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

SIGNAL&SCENE is a branded merchandise e-commerce store based in Malaysia. We sell branded merchandise directly to customers through our website. Our website allows customers to browse products, create accounts, place orders online, make payment using available payment methods, save shipping information, and submit reviews or supporting content.

SIGNAL&SCENE currently sells and ships within Malaysia only.

For the purpose of these Terms:

To place an order on our website, customers are required to create an Account. By creating an Account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, password, account information, delivery address, and any activity that occurs under your Account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access, suspicious activity, or misuse of your Account. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account if we believe that the Account has been used for fraudulent activity, misuse of our services, abuse of promotions, suspicious payment activity, unauthorised access, breach of these Terms, or conduct harmful to SIGNAL&SCENE, our customers, staff, couriers, service providers, or business operations.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering, placing an order, making payment, submitting a return request, or contacting customer support. This may include your name, phone number, email address, billing information, shipping address, order details, payment confirmation, and any supporting evidence required for refunds, returns, replacements, or dispute resolution.

Customers may save addresses and shipping information in their Account for convenience. SIGNAL&SCENE does not allow customers to save card details directly on our platform. Any card or online payment processing, where available, may be handled by third-party payment service providers.

We aim to ensure that product information, images, descriptions, prices, availability, specifications, colours, dimensions, materials, and delivery details shown on our website are accurate and updated. However, minor differences may occur due to screen settings, photography lighting, production variation, packaging updates, supplier updates, stock changes, or manufacturing differences. Product images are provided for reference only. Actual products may differ slightly from the images displayed on the website.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, amend product details, remove listings, or cancel affected orders where product information is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, unavailable, or listed in error.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product according to these Terms and the product details shown at checkout. An order confirmation or payment confirmation does not automatically mean that your order has been accepted.

We may cancel, reject, or limit an order for reasons including but not limited to:

• product unavailability
• pricing errors
• payment issues
• suspected fraud
• incorrect delivery information
• courier restrictions
• stock issues
• system errors
• breach of these Terms

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, we will arrange a refund or replacement according to our Refunds and Return Policy and our internal review.

All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice. The final amount payable may include product price, shipping fee, taxes, handling fees, service fees, or other charges shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing the total price before confirming payment.

Although SIGNAL&SCENE currently sells locally within Malaysia, if any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, documentation charges, or similar charges apply due to the nature of a product, supplier, delivery route, or applicable regulation, the customer shall be responsible for such charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers may make payment using the payment methods made available on our website from time to time. Available payment methods may change without prior notice. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We may reject or cancel an order if payment is incomplete, declined, reversed, disputed, suspected to be unauthorised, or flagged as suspicious. Where payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, your use of that payment method may also be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policy of that provider.

SIGNAL&SCENE currently ships within Malaysia only. Delivery is handled by third-party courier or logistics service providers. Delivery times shown on our website, order page, tracking page, or customer communication are estimates only. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, stock availability, order processing time, public holidays, weather, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, and recipient details. SIGNAL&SCENE shall not be responsible for failed delivery, delay, loss, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you have not received your order, you must report the issue to SIGNAL&SCENE within 14 days from the shipment date or estimated delivery timeframe, whichever is applicable. If no report is made within 14 days, the order may be treated as received and acknowledged by the customer, unless there is clear evidence of courier loss, failed fulfilment, or another valid issue accepted by SIGNAL&SCENE.

Risk of loss or damage may pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address, recipient, authorised representative, collection point, parcel locker, building reception, security desk, or any other delivery location accepted by the courier or selected by the customer.

If a product is lost, damaged, wrongly delivered, or delayed by a third-party courier, SIGNAL&SCENE may assist in raising an investigation with the courier. Any refund or replacement will be subject to the outcome of our review, courier confirmation, delivery status, product condition, and our Refunds and Return Policy.

In the event of damaged items, incorrect items, missing items, defective items, or any other valid claim accepted by SIGNAL&SCENE at its sole discretion, customers must submit a return or refund request within fourteen (14) days from the date the order is placed. Any return or refund request submitted after the fourteen (14)-day period may be rejected unless prior written approval has been granted by SIGNAL&SCENE.

To support a return, refund, replacement, or missing item claim, customers must provide clear photo and/or video evidence showing the product condition, packaging, shipping label, order details, defect, damage, missing item, or incorrect item. Depending on the case, SIGNAL&SCENE may offer a refund, replacement, exchange, or partial refund at our sole discretion. The final resolution may depend on the product condition, type of issue, available stock, delivery status, and evidence provided.

Products may not be eligible for return or refund if they have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, washed, customised, personalised, printed according to customer instructions, missing original packaging, returned incomplete, or affected by customer misuse, unless required by law or approved by SIGNAL&SCENE.

Customers may be allowed to submit reviews, ratings, comments, images, videos, or other content relating to products, orders, or their shopping experience. Reviews may be submitted anonymously. SIGNAL&SCENE's internal team may review, moderate, verify, analyse, approve, reject, remove, or use such reviews and content for service improvement, quality control, customer support, dispute review, product improvement, or internal reporting.

By submitting User Content, you confirm that the content is truthful, lawful, original, not misleading, not offensive, not defamatory, not abusive, not fraudulent, and does not infringe the rights of any third party. You must not upload content that contains personal data of others, confidential information, offensive language, hate speech, harassment, spam, false claims, illegal content, intellectual property infringement, malware, or content unrelated to the product or service.

By submitting User Content, you grant SIGNAL&SCENE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, store, reproduce, display, moderate, publish, remove, adapt, or analyse the content for platform operation, customer support, product improvement, marketing, internal reporting, dispute handling, and legal compliance, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorised purpose. You must not:

• provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
• use another person's account, identity, payment method, address, or personal data without permission
• interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of our website
• attempt to hack, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, copy, or misuse our platform
• upload viruses, malware, spam, or harmful code
• abuse promotions, vouchers, refunds, reviews, or return processes
• submit false claims, fake evidence, fake reviews, or fraudulent refund requests
• infringe SIGNAL&SCENE's or any third party's intellectual property rights
• harass, threaten, defame, or abuse SIGNAL&SCENE, our customers, couriers, staff, or service providers
• use the platform for illegal, restricted, or unauthorised transactions
• act in any way that damages SIGNAL&SCENE's business, reputation, users, systems, or services

All website content, including logos, trademarks, text, product layout, images, graphics, icons, designs, software, user interface, product presentation, and branding, belongs to SIGNAL&SCENE or the respective rights owner. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, scrape, display, or use any website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from SIGNAL&SCENE or the relevant rights owner.

Users must ensure that any content they upload does not infringe any copyright, trademark, design right, trade secret, or other intellectual property right.

Your use of our website is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our website, creating an Account, placing an order, submitting content, saving addresses, or contacting us, you consent to our collection, use, storage, processing, and disclosure of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may process personal data for account registration, order fulfilment, payment processing, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, refund handling, review moderation, legal compliance, and platform improvement.

SIGNAL&SCENE is committed to conducting business ethically and in compliance with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. Customers, suppliers, service providers, and business partners must not offer, request, promise, give, receive, or accept bribes, kickbacks, secret commissions, improper benefits, or anything of value intended to improperly influence a decision, transaction, order, refund, review, delivery, or business relationship.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services such as payment gateways, courier platforms, analytics tools, plugins, or external service providers. These third-party services are not fully controlled by SIGNAL&SCENE. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and procedures. SIGNAL&SCENE is not responsible for losses, errors, delays, interruptions, data handling, or issues caused by third-party services, except where required by applicable law.

Our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. While we aim to maintain a reliable and secure platform, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, virus-free, or available at all times. Product warranties, if any, may be provided by the relevant manufacturer, supplier, or brand owner. Unless expressly stated, SIGNAL&SCENE does not provide additional warranties beyond those required by law, these Terms, or our published policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIGNAL&SCENE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic losses, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss of goodwill, delivery delays, courier failures, website interruptions, unauthorised account access caused by customer negligence, or third-party service issues.

Where SIGNAL&SCENE is found liable for any claim relating to an order, our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected order, unless a higher amount is required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Malaysian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold SIGNAL&SCENE, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and service providers harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our website, false information, fraudulent activity, unlawful conduct, User Content, intellectual property infringement, payment dispute, or violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account or access to our services at any time if we believe that you have breached these Terms, violated our policies, engaged in fraud, submitted false claims, misused reviews, caused harm to our platform, or acted unlawfully.

Termination or suspension does not affect any rights, obligations, payments, refunds, disputes, or liabilities that arose before the termination date.

If you have any issue with an order, payment, delivery, product, refund, or Account, please contact us first at admin@signalscene.net so we can attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion.

SIGNAL&SCENE and the customer agree to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably and in good faith. If the matter cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate Malaysian court, tribunal, arbitration, or other lawful dispute resolution process where required or permitted by law.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, our website, products, services, orders, payments, delivery, returns, refunds, or Account use shall be handled in Malaysia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

SIGNAL&SCENE may update, amend, or replace these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after the updated Terms are posted means that you accept the revised Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part shall be modified or removed to the extent necessary, and the remaining parts shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Refunds and Return Policy, Privacy Policy, Anti-Bribery Policy / Anti-Corruption Policy, and any other policies published by SIGNAL&SCENE, form the entire agreement between you and SIGNAL&SCENE regarding your use of our website and services.
